1. Introduction & Applicability

By accessing ifrs16.ws or using any service on the ifrs16 platform, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. ifrs16 is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and a number of other countries.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ifrs16 and you. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using ifrs16's services.

• These terms apply in both Bangla and English; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall take precedence.
• Ifrs16 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration & Usage

To use ifrs16's services, you must first create an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be terminated at any time.

Each individual may register only one account on ifrs16. If a person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and all balances may be forfeited.

• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and genuine.
• Your account password must be kept confidential at all times and must not be shared with any third party.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact ifrs16 support immediately.
• When KYC verification is requested, required documents must be submitted within the specified timeframe.

3. Betting Rules

All betting activity on ifrs16 is governed by these Terms & Conditions. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so please review all details carefully before placing your bet.

Ifrs16 reserves the right to refuse any bet or impose betting limits. Bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds may be voided.

• Separate minimum and maximum bet limits apply for each game and sport.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time; the final odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• Any bets associated with match-fixing or illegal activity will be automatically voided.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Automated betting using any system or software is strictly prohibited.
• If an error is identified after results have been announced, ifrs16 reserves the right to review and revise the outcome.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on ifrs16 are fully secure and encrypted. All major payment methods in Bangladesh are supported, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50, and the maximum is determined by your account type.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 72 hours of verification. VIP members may receive faster processing times.
